confianta.com · Version of 30 September 2026 · Terms of Service

This statement explains what we do with personal data when you visit confianta.com, ask us for access, take our quiz or write to us. In short: we collect little, we use it only to answer you, and we do not sell it.

Who is responsible

Confianta EOOD, UIC 207288781, Detelina 49A, 9101 Byala, Varna, Bulgaria, VAT BG207288781, is the controller of the data described here. Write to us at support@confianta.com for anything about your data.

Data we process for our customers, such as the comments, messages, quiz answers and review requests of their own customers, is described in Part B of our Terms of Service. For that data our customer is the controller and we are their processor.

1. When you visit the website

2. When you request access or join a waiting list

The Request Access form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company and what you want to achieve. We store that in our own customer relationship system, so we can answer you and prepare a walkthrough. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

We keep this for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer; then section 5 applies. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

3. When you take our quiz

Our quiz, "How leaky is your bucket?", records your answers. At the end it asks for your email address, and optionally your name, before it shows your full result. We store these together, so we can see what matters to you if you want to talk to us. The legal basis is your consent, given when you enter your email address; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we then delete your answers and address.

Your result is calculated automatically from your answers. It is only advice about your own business and has no legal or similar effect on you. We keep quiz data for 24 months after our last contact.

To stop abuse, the quiz counts how often a quiz is started from the same address, using a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that is kept in memory for one minute and never stored.

4. When you write to us

If you email us, we use your message and address to answer you. We keep the correspondence as long as it is useful for helping you, and at most 24 months after our last contact, unless it belongs to a customer relationship.

5. When you are our customer

For customers we process contact details, the business information needed to provide the service, and billing data. Payments run through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Invoices and accounting records are kept as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires, up to 10 years. Everything else is deleted after the service ends, as described in section 10 of the Terms of Service.

6. Who else sees your data

We never sell your data and never give it to anyone for their own marketing. We use these services to run the website and our business:

ServiceWhat forWhere
Hostinger InternationalOur server: website, request form, quiz, CRMFrankfurt, Germany
StripePayments, for customersEU / USA
Google WorkspaceOur mailbox, when you email usEU / USA

Where data goes outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Write to support@confianta.com; we answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

8. Changes

When we change how we handle data, we update this statement and its date. If a change matters for data we already have about you, we tell you by email.
